Pursuant to art. 12 D. Lgs. 70/2003 we provide the conditions governing the sale of products marketed on the site www.ceramichedesimone.com, managed by Ceramiche De Simone srl, with registered office in Catania, Corso Italia, 157
1. Product catalogue and prices
The product catalogue is the one that can be viewed online and is constantly updated therefore the terms of purchase of the individual product are those in force at the time of the order and do not take into account any updates or offers that have occurred thereafter
The prices of the catalogue are inclusive of VAT and expressed in euro.
The products are made with entirely artisanal methods, so small imperfections are specific characteristics of the product and state the unique realization. Articles may have slight differences in size and/or color variations.
2. The order
will be filled in through the electronic trolley system on our site. The customer selects the products to be added to the cart and follows the order procedure described in the page
3. The payment methods are as follows:
- Bank transfer
- Credit cards and Paypal
The fulfilment of the order is subject to verification of payment in the manner indicated in the purchase order.
4. Shipping
The site uses the services offered by express couriers (such as, but not limited to Fedex, TNT, SDA) you will receive the products directly to the address you have stated.
As soon as the shipment of your order is made, we will email you the tracking code to monitor the status on the Courier's website
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999, N. 185 the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receipt of the goods by communicating the will and providing the following information:
- Order number
- In the case of partial withdrawal, description and quantity of the products intended to be returned
- Bank details (complete IBAN). The owner of the current account must be the same holder specified in the billing address

The shipment should be addressed to:
Ceramiche De Simone srl via Messina, 687 – 95126 – Catania
The shipping costs of the returned goods and any customs duties shall be borne entirely by the receding purchaser. The refund will be made within 15 days from the date of shipment of the returned goods.
It is recommended to pack the goods to be returned with care using the same material the goods have been received in (box, bubble, Styrofoam chips). Ceramiche De Simone reserves the right not to accept the goods returned if the products are damaged.
6. Jurisdiction and competent court
For any dispute relating to the contract, the Court of Catania shall be exclusively competent
7. Data protection and confidentiality
According to law 675/96 we inform you that the data sent will be used for exclusive internal use and will not be communicated or transferred to any other subject.
