Vulcano

Handcrafted Vulcano Ceramics from the Mangiallegro Line
Vulcano is an Aeolian island whose name helped give us the modern word 'volcano'. In the Mangiallegro line, that story becomes the geographical reference for a Ceramiche De Simone pattern.
The name is rich in energy and Mediterranean history, but it should not be mistaken for a literal description of the artwork. The collection's identity comes from De Simone's expressive, colourful style, bringing artistic character to useful objects.
The personality of Vulcano comes to life through traditional craftsmanship and hand-painted decoration. The ceramics are not just surfaces for artwork: they become part of the rituals of cooking, dining and welcoming guests.
Vulcano Dinnerware Sets and Hand-Painted Ceramics for Everyday Life
Build a dinnerware set to suit your table: round plates in the Vulcano pattern offer choices for dinner, soup, fruit and pizza plates, with sizes and quantities selected individually. For when bringing people together, appetizer dishes and serving platters provide more ways to share food. Coordinating table accessories bring the setting together, while other Mangiallegro patterns can be mixed in for a more personal combination.
The Vulcano pattern also belongs to the quieter moments between meals. Ceramic mugs fit naturally into breakfast or an afternoon break, while espresso cups carry the same design into an after-lunch coffee. In the kitchen, you can also discover kitchen accessories, including cutlery holders, bottle and utensil holders, oil and vinegar sets, bringing the artwork into practical daily routines.
The design also appears in the bathroom, with soap dispensers and toothbrush holders. These are handcrafted, hand-painted ceramics, chosen for both their practical purpose and Ceramiche De Simone's distinctive artistic decoration.
