Selinunte

Handcrafted Selinunte Ceramics from the Mangiallegro Line

Selinunte tells an important story of ancient Sicily, where Greek history meets the coastal landscape. Its name identifies a Mangiallegro pattern and offers another connection with the Mediterranean cultural heritage that informs Ceramiche De Simone.

The cultural reference belongs to the name, while the decoration follows the brand's own artistic language. Mangiallegro brings that style into daily life, turning plates and accessories into a recognisable, coordinated collection.

This ability to turn a reference into a personal visual language belongs to the heritage of Giovanni De Simone. In Selinunte, hand-painted decoration connects shapes, colour and the objects we use in daily life.

Selinunte Dinnerware Sets and Hand-Painted Ceramics for Everyday Life

Build a dinnerware set to suit your table: round plates in the Selinunte pattern offer choices for dinner, soup, fruit and pizza plates, with sizes and quantities selected individually. For at a Sunday lunch, appetizer dishes and serving platters provide more ways to share food. Coordinating table accessories bring the setting together, while other Mangiallegro patterns can be mixed in for a more personal combination.

The Selinunte pattern also belongs to the quieter moments between meals. Ceramic mugs fit naturally into breakfast or an afternoon break, while espresso cups carry the same design into an after-lunch coffee. In the kitchen, you can also discover kitchen accessories, including cutlery holders, bottle and utensil holders, oil and vinegar sets, bringing the artwork into practical daily routines.

The design also appears in the bathroom, with soap dispensers and toothbrush holders. These are handcrafted, hand-painted ceramics, chosen for both their practical purpose and Ceramiche De Simone's distinctive artistic decoration.
