Gadir

Handcrafted Gadir Ceramics from the Mangiallegro Line

Gadir is an ancient name connected with the history of Mediterranean trade and sea routes. The Mangiallegro design draws on this atmosphere and belongs to De Simone's artistic world, where marine references and nature-inspired elements meet expressive colour.

The sea is more than a landscape: it is a world of journeys, encounters and traditions. In Gadir, that Mediterranean sensibility is reinterpreted through a personal decorative style and the spontaneity of hand-painted ceramics.

The Gadir design belongs to the artistic tradition of Ceramiche De Simone, where craftsmanship and imagination meet. Hand-painted decoration gives the pattern its character across many different ceramic forms.

Gadir Dinnerware Sets and Hand-Painted Ceramics for Everyday Life

Build a dinnerware set to suit your table: round plates in the Gadir pattern offer choices for dinner, soup, fruit and pizza plates, with sizes and quantities selected individually. For at a dinner with friends, appetizer dishes and serving platters provide more ways to share food. Coordinating table accessories bring the setting together, while other Mangiallegro patterns can be mixed in for a more personal combination.

The Gadir pattern also belongs to the quieter moments between meals. Ceramic mugs fit naturally into breakfast or an afternoon break, while espresso cups carry the same design into an after-lunch coffee. In the kitchen, you can also discover kitchen accessories, including cutlery holders, bottle and utensil holders, kitchen roll holders, bringing the artwork into practical daily routines.

The design also appears in the bathroom, with soap dispensers. For other rooms, the collection also includes ceramic vases and plant pots in the Gadir design. Other pieces, such as Christmas decorations, offer another way to enjoy the pattern. These are handcrafted, hand-painted ceramics, chosen for both their practical purpose and Ceramiche De Simone's distinctive artistic decoration.
