Round decorative ceramic plate made entirely by hand by our artisans and hand-painted with the Noah's Ark subject from the DS line. With its generous 55 cm diameter, the plate becomes a true ceramic canvas on which one of the best-known stories from the biblical tradition comes to life, reinterpreted through the lively, playful and richly detailed visual language that characterises the De Simone style.
At the centre of the composition stands the Ark, animated by human figures and surrounded by a multitude of animals: giraffes, elephants, birds and many other creatures populate the scene among water, trees and lush vegetation. A large sun in warm shades dominates the upper part of the landscape, while intense blues, reds, greens and yellows flow across the entire surface of the plate. Every element is defined by confident brushstrokes and bold outlines, creating a dense, dynamic composition that is instantly recognisable as part of the distinctive DS style by Ceramiche De Simone.
